Our salesman was excellent and attentive. Financing department was lacking. Probably wouldn’t tell the customer you are hungover, hate kids (we are a VERY family oriented customer), and tell Financing department was lacking. Was a turn off. Know your audience and a little awareness would go a long way for ego checks. I now assume he didn’t give us the best rate because he absolutely did not build trust with me. More

I spotted a vehicle online, they provided all the necesary paperwork for electric signature since I was out-of-state and sold me the vehicle Eddie.
