I went to a couple of the other local dealerships around me because it was more convenient due to my location, but after my experience here, I can wholeheartedly say I will never go to another dealership again! For a Car dealership, I actually do not mind buying a used car from them. They don't put junkers on the lot and their pricing is pretty straight forward. Top Notch I purchased my 2007 Honda Odyssey from Dick Brooks. Dick Brooks is the only place I had ever had it serviced. Because of the Excellent service from I purchased my 2007 Honda Odyssey from Dick Brooks. Dick Brooks is the only place I had ever had it serviced. Because of the Excellent service from Dick Brooks and their associates, I keep coming back. I have since moved to Michigan. I have given my Odyssey with it's 365,000 miles to my son in college and have purchased a CRV for myself. Drove in from Michigan this week to visit family and have the CRV serviced. I know at some point and time I will have to let a MI dealer service it, but at the moment, I will come back to Dick Brooks whenever possible. Stephen was my service adviser and took very good care of me and my car. Made suggestions on needed service, which was performed in a timely manner. At Dick Brooks I have a name, not a number. I am greeted with a smile when I drive in. Look forward to many more years of service. Even if it is a bit of a drive! More
