Pricing is fair, and the Dealership is there when i need them , not just when they need me. I would personally like to give a shout to "Derek Fernanders". He has been my sales person for the last 5 vehicles. Highly recommend asking for him, as he is knowledgeable, friendly and simply a nice guy. More

Worst Customer service I was looking for a used 2014 honda accord car. I find one in Dick Brooks honda. I informed them that I will be coming on Friday by 6:00 PM, as I am s I was looking for a used 2014 honda accord car. I find one in Dick Brooks honda. I informed them that I will be coming on Friday by 6:00 PM, as I am staying at Charlotte NC, which is 100 miles from Greer SC. I will have a test drive and will sign the deal. As promised I did rent car and went on friday with the pain of traffic and rain. I ask for the person whom I was exchanging the email. They said he already left for the day. No communication for my booking or no communication to me for this. These representative and manager were very rude. No one was talking to me polity. They didn't even asked me to have a look at car. They said you have to finance from us. They said the rate is 5-6% and you have to put 3K as down payment. I said why should I pay more higher rate when I already have a pre approved from another finance company which is giving me rate of 1.74% with no down payment. They no you have to finance from us. I said I am ready to give you hold check and I will inform my finance company to send you the check directly then you can deliver the car to me. They were started arguing and told me to go back and come on some other day. This is pathetic service and pathetic behavior with customer. Same Day I went to another dealer and bought the car, and he said I can sent the check later and he will deliver the car as per my convenience. Please don't even think of buying car from Dick Brooks Honda. Thanks for reading this review. More
