After lease 4 cars, I know how annoying and frustrating the process is to maximize my value. After dealing with Valley Honda, I came to realize that the business model Valley Honda truly does put their customer‘a need at first and straight to the point. One thing I personally appreciate was that how busy the dealership was and it was an indication that others also find Valley Honda valuable and partner with them. Additionally, the sales reps were not overly “sales” meaning not overly pitchy, which I appreciated a lot because I came to the dealership with my due diligence done and did enough research on my end. For folks, that know car decent or well enough, I do appreciate that a lot. Definitely will be recommending Valley Honda to friends and family for their future need and as well as mine. Thank you! It all started with me calling a variety of Honda dealers because I know exactly what I wanted. Valley Honda was the only dealer that had what I was looking for so the choice was easy. He didn't bomb us with suggestions or sales or anything like that, but listened to what we wanted/needed and helpe Very personable and considerate. In the end, we did have to work with another group to get the vehicle we wanted, but that was because build dates were getting pushed back due to chip shortages. With a baby on the way, we couldn't wait that long to get a family vehicle. Our decision to look elsewhere was, in NO way, a reflection of our attitudes towards Eddie. We would have loved to see the process through to completion with him, but our circumstances wrote a different story. Still, would highly recommend him and want to recognize his effort! More
