My wife and I really, really enjoyed working with Eddie Sanchez. I contacted Valley Honda via phone about purchasing a CRV 3 weeks ago. They put me thru to Eddie Sanchez. I gave him what we were specific Sanchez. I contacted Valley Honda via phone about purchasing a CRV 3 weeks ago. They put me thru to Eddie Sanchez. I gave him what we were specifically looking for. It was somewhat of a unique request. As a result he had some work to do. I told him no rush. He got back to me within 10 minutes. There was no pressure from him to come in right away. He understood I had some work to do. He was extremely professional and respectful. Leading up to us coming in and buying the CRV we had a few texts back and forth with me having more questions and Eddie responding. He answered the texts very quickly. In a couple of the texts he provided me with some images of documents I needed, which he didn't need to do. He was trying to be very helpful. When Eddie didn't have the answers his boss Mohit Saini got involved and was very helpful as well. When we finally got to Valley Honda, Eddie was just as great in person to deal with. Eddie was very knowledgeable about the CRV. What I also was impressed with was when Eddie was showing us around Valley Honda he showed pride and passion for Valley Honda and his job. Wow!!!! He got me excited about buying a vehicle from him and Valley Honda. When we finally took delivery of the CRV he took his time walking us thru the vehicle showing us all the features. Also when we were finishing up the paperwork with the business manager he was out preprograming things on the CRV so we didn't have to do it. I also felt the team at Valley Honda was extremely sensitive with safety regarding Coronavirus. I felt they were working hard to get customers out the door as quickly as possible. More

Right off the bat Eddie Sanchez was able to set up a test drive for a used Lexus they had on their lot even though he wasn’t working that particular day.
