From 2 years ago, to two weeks ago Eddie has been nothing but exceptional, understanding, caring, and most of all LISTENS to and understands the customer! Went in recently, to purchase a 2nd Hybrid from him, and while what I exactly was looking for wasn't available, I was able to actually buy a Brand New Accord Hybrid through Valley, with Eddie, and I wouldn't change a thing. I also appreciate that the dealer doesn't put a lot of add-ons on their vehicles, allowing their customers to select any preferred options. I understand that offering additional services or protection is part of the salesperson's job and Eddie was very informative but respectful during this process. That was not the case at some other dealerships I visited. Would definitely recommend Valley Honda. More
