From the moment we spoke about a specific vehicle, with the specific trim level, color, and interior details, Victor was on it! Like a genie he made that exact car appear! Victor and Valley Honda are top notch! The dealership is huge and filled with so many amenities, taking a vehicle to get serviced will almost seem less of an issue with how comfortable and convenient the process is set up for the customer. The team out in Aurora is number #1 for a reason and Victor is a prime example of the type of individuals Valley Honda has in a customer facing setting that are dedicated to making the car buying process simple, easy, but most importantly and surprisingly enough… enjoyable!!! Nice to find a nonsense car dealership. I wanted to find an out the door price on a Honda Accord Touring by email and Ken gave it to me right away in an email without me having to step in t I wanted to find an out the door price on a Honda Accord Touring by email and Ken gave it to me right away in an email without me having to step in the dealership. After emailing several other dealerships and them giving me the runaround for an OTD without any excess charges I went with Valley Honda. The price that was quoted to me didn't include any extras nor did they try to sneak in anything when I showed up in person. Ken told me the dealership is more focused on volume rather than how much they can wack you. The whole process of buying a car from start to finish was painless. I highly recommend considering Ken and Valley Honda for your car purchase. More
