He was hands on from the beginning to the end in making sure that the car was ready for transport to my home in Charleston, S.C. After the car arrived Eddie and I spent a good bit of time on the telephone helping me to learn how to use the many options that this car has. On Fri. of last week I went to Vista Motor in Pompano and met Jim O'Donnell, a new associate. It was obvious he knew nothing about the car and I asked to see someone more experienced, so talked to Norman Bai met Jim O'Donnell, a new associate. It was obvious he knew nothing about the car and I asked to see someone more experienced, so talked to Norman Bailey. To be blunt, he was kind of pompous but seemed to know the car. He pushed hard to sell me the only one they had on the lot. It had too much on it and I said I was thinking of ordering one from the factory. Then another associate standing nearby said BMW was no longer taking orders as the production line was changing to handle the new 4 engine for next year. The manager came over and they gave me a ridiculously low price for the car but of course said it needed to be approved. I told them I'd think about it. They pressured me hard not to leave without buying the car. The next day I returned to Braman in Jupiter and saw Ed (had spoken to him previously). He told me what Norm had said was an outright lie and that BMW was indeed still taking orders for series 1. We worked out a price and specs on a car and I told him I needed to sleep on it. Few days later I returned and we signed the papers--car is now in production at the factory. It was a pleasure dealing with Ed. He didn't give me any xx and I believed what he was telling me. One thing that impressed me was I saw floor mats were included at no cost. I asked about this and he said he adds them to all his cars without charge. He said after a buyer pays thousands, asking for a few more bucks for the mats is an insult. This is the kind of class I would expect from BMW. In my humble opinion, he is the only one I met worthy of being associated with the manufacturer, as apposed to the guys at the other dealership, who all seemed to be in cahoots to support a lie in order to generate an immediate sale rather than a long-term relationship, which Ed considers crucial. My only disappointment was the amount Braman gave me on my trade in and I probably should have explored other alternatives. I will be watching as my car makes it down the assembly line and can't wait to be joining the BMW family. Highly recommend Ed! More

I want to specifically thank Eddie Schloer and Marlin Randle for their outstanding level of product knowledge, professionalism and using both to make sure I purchased a vehicle that completely met my needs. This was the second purchase we made at Braman of Jupiter this year. Eddie won us over with great customer service, easy-going, no pressure sales style that made us feel that he had our best interest in mind. That first purchase was a BMW 528i that has delighted my wife and kids. I am equally thrilled with the vehicle Eddie helped me buy this past weekend, it is precisely what I needed! Because our first experience with Eddie, Marlin and the entire Braman team, it was a "no brainer" to go there when the time came to replace my beloved Chevy SSR. Once again, the guys exceeded all our expectations. I also want to recognize Marlin Randle for the fine service he provided us in financing both vehicles. We had arranged bank financing prior to each purchase. each time Marlin was able to get us a lower interest rate. Marlin also has a "no pressure" attitude, and helped us understand all of our financing and warranty options. He helped us make informed decisions, so there were no surprises and no regret once the paperwork was signed an we were on our way. I should also note that I did my homework; I could not find a lower price on the internet for either vehicle we purchased. Such unexpectedly fine cars and services at the lowest price is a rare combination. Thanks again to Eddie, Marlin, Mike in Detailing, the Service Department and everyone at Jupiter's Braman BMW!
