Engine died, they refused to replace under warranty since I could not provide maintenance records from 2017 & 2018. Engine failure is a known issue as there was a class action lawsuit. After 3 months I had t I could not provide maintenance records from 2017 & 2018. Engine failure is a known issue as there was a class action lawsuit. After 3 months I had to get my lawyer involved and engage arbitration. Finally after 5 months they approved the engine replacement, but then took them 9 weeks to complete the replacement. They had my vehicle for 172 days, over a year and a half!!! When I picked up my truck it was so dirty, not even a courtesy wash. The upsetting part is that two months into having no car, I spoke to 3 salesmen and asked for a trade in value so I can upgrade my truck. None ever called me back. Then in April I spoke to a manager Leif Foss who promised to call me back. After a couple email exchanges he stopped responding. I emailed him 5 times and a couple of voicemails and nothing from him. I really need to upgrade my truck as our family grew, but lost all confidence in Hyundai especially this dealership. More

No communication on fixing car and bad attitude when I had to car manager to get involved Needed car part ordered and waited 2werks with no one calling me after many of calls and messages to find out wh had to car manager to get involved Needed car part ordered and waited 2werks with no one calling me after many of calls and messages to find out where us part and when will get fixed When call for top manager, he said part has been in and bring it in to get fix They had it for over a week No call No communication Bought two cars there Both have problems Seems to be nice when you buy a car but as soon as there is a problem There attitude changes Bad business Burning oil on Santa Fe car They make you bring it back four times after each 1,000 miles before they can even start to look any repairs They know they have problems with this engine but instead of replacing it they make you go thru this process and inconvenient you It’s covered on warranty They won’t give me a loaner knowing it’s there problems that cause this More
