Nissan Huntsville great car shopping experience. Nissan Huntsville provided me with a great car shopping experience. Obbie, Joe, and Eddie were willing to help me find the best deal for what I could Nissan Huntsville provided me with a great car shopping experience. Obbie, Joe, and Eddie were willing to help me find the best deal for what I could afford. Although, it did take some time to negotiate the best financial plan for me. I left very please; happy with my new nissan altima, without feeling pressured or stressed. Blessing to Obbie, Joe, and Eddie for their patience and hard work! I will be recommending other family and friends to Nissan Huntsville. More

sale was comfortable and easy, not overbearing I visited many dealerships in the Huntsville, AL area and Landers Nissan is by far the best location that offered the best experienced while shopping I visited many dealerships in the Huntsville, AL area and Landers Nissan is by far the best location that offered the best experienced while shopping for a vehicle. The Sales and Management staff made me feel comfortable and answered my questions without pressuring me to hurry and buy. Other dealerships try to rush you in the office and get you to start signing paper work before you are comfortable with the purchase leaving you to feel used and sandbaged. I appreciate the courteous and professional environment and plan to make my next purchase with Christi McCarthy or Thomas McCarthy and Landers Nissan. More

BEST DEALERSHIP IN CENTRAL/NORTH ALABAMA What a great experience working with the Landers McLarty team! Our primary salesperson, Aaron Clardy, was exceptionally knowledgeable of his vehicles What a great experience working with the Landers McLarty team! Our primary salesperson, Aaron Clardy, was exceptionally knowledgeable of his vehicles. The sales team, which included, Eddie Williams, Berney Waite, and Christy from Internet sales, provided every possible answer to our numerous vehicle questions. Lastly the finance team of Brent Drake and Rick Cantrell worked to make our financial situation into our needs. All the people did their jobs so well that we decided to buy two vehicles instead of one! Of particular note is that during the buying process we shopped at eight (8) different Nissan dealerships encompassing the areas of Central and Northern Alabama. By far Landers McLarty was the #1 dealership we visited. More

We also purchased a $2100 warranty offered to us at signing provided by National Warranty Administration Network. The finance employee we dealt with (not listed here) said it was a good idea due to the mileage on the vehicle and that the Select Plus package would cover anything we would need. 7 weeks later my Tahoe starts blowing smoke and burning oil! I make an appointment with the service department and they decided to send it to the Chevy dealership for a diagnosis. Turns out it needs valve covers, gaskets and valve seals totalling over $1300. The warranty company says they will not cover it due to the mileage and Eddie Williams says there is absolutely nothing the Dealership can do for me. So here we are, stuck in a used car that is smoking like crazy and burning oil with a $1300 repair hanging over our heads. Joe Johnson (our salesman) was amazing and made the car buying experience enjoyable and I really love each this Tahoe, but it just doesn't seem right to be stuck with this burden 7 weeks after buying it. Worst car buyng experience ever I was interested in purchasing a new nissan Altima so I came to Landers Mclarty Nissan. My first visit I test drove a 2014 Altima S thinking it was all I could afford because the salesperson wasn't even willing to show me anything else, I would have peferred the Rogue. The sales person said he would get back with me to run some numbers but never called back. Several weeks later I found a 2013 Altima SL I was very interested in so I called the dealership and someone said they would look up my info on my trade and that person never called me back. Days later a different person called and tried to get me to the dealership to look at a car and I told him I was not interested because of how I'd been treated. He told me if I came in he would work with the GM to get me a good deal on an Altima if I would just come in. I happened to be in town so I reluctantly agreed. When I got there they took the keys to my car and left me in the office for a very long time. I was late for work and I tried to get my keys back but they assured me they were almost done. The salesperson and the GM came back in and told me the 2013 SL was too expensive, but I could get an 2014 SV. I said that would be fine, so he immediately said that since I'm already late to work he would put me in a loaner car so I wouldn't put any more miles on my car and I could come back after work to sign the papers and pick up my new car. (Which became an S after the GM walked out) I felt very uncomfortable not even asking my husband about it so I took my keys back and left. I worked out the rest of the deal over the phone. My husband said that the dealership would have to pay off my car which was an extra $1000. The salesperson said that he would do it if I would come sign the papers after work so I agreed. When I got there they had a vehicle pulled up and I didn't even get to test drive it. When I went to sign the papers they had not paid off my car like they said they would. When I pointed it out the salesperson disappeared for 10 minutes and came back with only $500 taken off. I was so exhausted at this point I just signed it anyway. A few months later I came in to have my warranty repair, a loose trim piece fixed, and oil change done and needed a rental car; the rental department put me in a Versa that hadn't even been cleaned! It smelled horrible. When I got my car back they hadn't fixed the trim piece. In the meantime I've been very disappointed with the car overall. I wish I had gotten the Rogue and my husband hates the cloth material, I should not have been so pressured to buy a vehicle. I came back a few weeks ago to get my trim piece fixed again and an oil change and the guy in the service department said, "they do that, it's just a known problem with these cars". They offered a "complimentary" car wash as well, but when I got my car back they didn't even wash it. I told a new salesperson about all that I had been through and he offered to help and give me a "deal" on a Rogue. The original GM called me back and offered me $10,000 less than I paid for my Altima and thousands less than KBB. I was so upset that I called the GM and told him how disappointed I was and he cut me off in the middle of my story and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I told him I wanted to be treated with more respect and he didn't even say he was sorry he just said have a good day and hung up. I could not believe I had been treated so badly so I called the customer relations manager she was very nice and apologetic, but the GM would only give me a little over $1,000 over the original quote. But she offered me a service contract for an additional year of oil changes as a consolation. When I got the paperwork in the mail it was only covered for 10,000 miles. So for all of my trouble I get 2 free oil changes and tire rotations so I can come back and let them treat me poorly for free. I do not plan to ever go back and would highly suggest others do the same. More

Process started in a somewhat desceptive or at a minimum on a missunderstanding, and it went down hill from there. Treated unprofessionally. Made to wait. Commitments were not followed up on. I had to k on a missunderstanding, and it went down hill from there. Treated unprofessionally. Made to wait. Commitments were not followed up on. I had to keep following up with sales staff on commitments they made. When negotiating a price, a "discount" was offered, but at closing, the discount the sales manager offered turned into the customer having to sign back their rebate. At no time during negotiations were incentives or rebates discussed. Copies of some paperwork signed at closing were not provided at closing. When asked to provide copies of everything signed, representative said I'll see what I can do, then nothing. More

We walked in expecting that we wouldn't be able to work the deal we wanted. Tony asked where we needed to be. I told him and in a matter of minutes he came back and said we could work it. In fact, work the deal we wanted. Tony asked where we needed to be. I told him and in a matter of minutes he came back and said we could work it. In fact, we were so pleased with the overall experience we went back the next day and purchased another vehicle. Again, in a matter of minutes, Tony got us to where we wanted to be and ended up with two vehicles in one weekend. Tony, Chris, Eddie and Marty are top notch when it comes to customer service. In the past, I would expect to spend the entire day at a car lot going back and forth and end up walking out without a car. Here, we spent a total of about 2 hours in two days buying two cars. If you need or want a Nissan, I highly recommend Tony Moya and the staff at Landers McLarty Nissan in Huntsville, AL. More

The one thing that impressed me the most is that they were not pushy. They came out, gave us their card, asked if we needed help with anything in particular and left us alone until we came to them with were not pushy.
