After calling and talking to the manager about problem
with a tire, the manager suggested alignment and changing the tire. After waiting for two hours, the agent, with no professional skills, told me that

After waiting for two hours, the agent, with no professional skills, told me that I can do two things, pay ahead for the tire and come back the next day, because he have to send the employee home by 6:00pm. He use the hurricane excuse and that he had a family. This was Tuesday afternoon. I told him that it was a vague excuse and that I have a family too to go and see. At the end of the day, I left with a real bad customer service and no tire change. Weston Nissan needs to train more their agents on customer service and be more empathetic to the customers situations.

Unfortunately one of the worst experience with customer service. Been there for maintenance service for my car and change all 4 tires and the service by the attendance was unprofessional and trying to intimidate me with his actions.
Excelente service, fast and they keep you informe.
