Great service I brought my car in for a it's regular maintenance. My family all owns Lexus's and we always see Eddie their. I got a loaner car for the day, and go I brought my car in for a it's regular maintenance. My family all owns Lexus's and we always see Eddie their. I got a loaner car for the day, and got updates throughout the day letting me know what the status was. Eddie is very professional, and courteous, and made the whole process smooth. My car is running great, and my family and I will continue to bring our cars here because of the service is great. More

Dirty return My only experience of Lexus service was Kuni Lexus in Denver CO. My set is at BH LEXUS was professional like any other car agency. Nothing special. And my car was washed and not clean, inside or out. There was no pride in the job. I was treated like an honored guest when I had service in Denver by Kuni Lexus, My car was returned as a new looking vehicle. Maybe LA area Lexus dealerships are not like those in other states. More

My last visit was a scheduled maintenance for the RX. He also addressed the problem I was having with my voice command by having his team do a diagnostic check.
