Great Service No one really likes having to bring their car in to be serviced but I actually enjoy coming in to Jim Falk Lexus. Eddy takes wonderful care of me and No one really likes having to bring their car in to be serviced but I actually enjoy coming in to Jim Falk Lexus. Eddy takes wonderful care of me and my car. He's excellent at diagnosing and solving any problems that might come up (I've had a lot of mice invasions in my car). He also does his best to save you $$ and will recommend the most cost effective way to go. He's my man. More

Lexus used to be THE BEST in customer service. Now? Not so much. Even the cashier/loaner dept was dismissive. I felt very nickeled and dimed, and I left feeling bummed out that I didn’t get the great servi so much. Even the cashier/loaner dept was dismissive. Eddy Chavarria I had a bad experience buying my car, but boy, the service department, and particularly Eddy, has been amazing. Amazing customer service with prompt turn around time. I have never had anything but exceptional service and Jim Falk Beverly Hills Lexus service department. Martha, my service advisor was so accommodating I have never had anything but exceptional service and Jim Falk Beverly Hills Lexus service department. Martha, my service advisor was so accommodating of my last minute request for a service appointment, she keep me updated with text messages about my cars status and even though I showed up 5/10 minutes before they closed, she welcomed me with a smile and her top-notch service. I have had other service advisors in the past and they have always been so great, truly a wonderful service department that cares about their customers! More
