Great Service No one really likes having to bring their car in to be serviced but I actually enjoy coming in to Jim Falk Lexus. Eddy takes wonderful care of me and No one really likes having to bring their car in to be serviced but I actually enjoy coming in to Jim Falk Lexus. Eddy takes wonderful care of me and my car. He's excellent at diagnosing and solving any problems that might come up (I've had a lot of mice invasions in my car). He also does his best to save you $$ and will recommend the most cost effective way to go. He's my man. More

Perfect!!! I have been to this Jim Falk dealers on Olympic twice now for service.. Both times Eddy Chavarria has overseen my service issues and I will always as I have been to this Jim Falk dealers on Olympic twice now for service.. Amazing customer service with prompt turn around time. I have never had anything but exceptional service and Jim Falk Beverly Hills Lexus service department. Martha, my service advisor was so accommodating I have never had anything but exceptional service and Jim Falk Beverly Hills Lexus service department. Martha, my service advisor was so accommodating of my last minute request for a service appointment, she keep me updated with text messages about my cars status and even though I showed up 5/10 minutes before they closed, she welcomed me with a smile and her top-notch service. I have had other service advisors in the past and they have always been so great, truly a wonderful service department that cares about their customers! More

Great service I brought my car in for a it's regular maintenance. My family all owns Lexus's and we always see Eddie their. I got a loaner car for the day, and go I brought my car in for a it's regular maintenance. My family all owns Lexus's and we always see Eddie their. I got a loaner car for the day, and got updates throughout the day letting me know what the status was. Eddie is very professional, and courteous, and made the whole process smooth. My car is running great, and my family and I will continue to bring our cars here because of the service is great. More

The only place I'll trust with my car. Eddy has taken great care of my IS 350 and once again I had a spectacular experience. Since I had major repairs on an older vehicle, Eddy took time to Eddy has taken great care of my IS 350 and once again I had a spectacular experience. Since I had major repairs on an older vehicle, Eddy took time to walk me through my options. I had a loaner waiting for me so there was no inconvenience to my schedule. The service center is bright and comfortable, with coffee and muffins to enjoy during the short time I waited. More
