Aweful experience with Service Department AGAIN. Since the last visit I was honestly not expecting there to be any issue, but that wasn't the case. I had to call twice to be sure I had my 24 month Since the last visit I was honestly not expecting there to be any issue, but that wasn't the case. I had to call twice to be sure I had my 24 month/24,000 mile service scheduled. Thought this was going to be routine. NOPE, the appointment was on Dec 17th at 11:05 am. arrived and at first they couldn't find the truck in the system, once it was found, they asked if I was going to be paying for the service work (Its covered under the lease of the truck). The service was taking care of no charge and brought the truck back home. Only to find that the service tech did not tighten the oil drain plug, once this was discovered checked the oil level and was just barely on the dipstick. Called the dealership and now waiting for a call back to see what they are going to do about this. I have given Lost Pines every chance to improve the service but they seem to have not addressed the root cause and keep repeating the same operating procedures and providing lack luster service. I'm glad to see some positive reviews on here, but unfortunately I haven't been that lucky. 1. Why is it so difficult to call and schedule an appointment and receive confirmation. 2. Once you get confirmation why is it the service writer can't find you in the system. 3. Why isn't there any quality checks done before they return your vehicle to you. My experience with the Sales has ALWAYS been exceptional. When Lost Pines first opened and I leased my first Tundra from them the Service department was AWESOME, now on my 4th or 5th Tacoma I am very hesitant to keep going back to the dealership for service. PLEASE take this not as a complaint but as an opportunity to do IMPROVE. More
