The best auto dealership I have ever seen, hands-down. I’ve been using this service department for more than fifteen years, and can’t believe my luck that Lost Pines Toyota is in my neighborhood. More

This will be the third and last time I deal witLost Pines Toyota. My first experience was good, the next 2 progressively worse…Well, my experience with Quince was excellent, and I bought a vehicle, but afte Toyota. My first experience was good, the next 2 progressively worse…Well, my experience with Quince was excellent, and I bought a vehicle, but after getting home I noticed that the sales manager gave the truck an incorrect fair market value and rated the vehicle as excellent when it is very good at best. Multiple dings and paint blemishes on the doors along with a huge stain in the backseat that looks like oil and smells bad when trying to clean it.Also the headlights are cloudy. An excellent rating is a like new vehicle in all areas. Using this rating to boost the price of the vehicle is shady in my opinion and reason for me to take my future biz elsewhere. I’ve bought 3 vehicles there, and one would think loyal repeated business would get something other than cheap used car lot tactics, and I’ll be sure to pass this info along to everyone I know. They also kept trying to force a gps tracking package on me which even after repeatedly saying I didn’t want it, they still tried to write it into the deal, and I only noticed when it was time to sign, another cheap lot tactic. . Again, Quince provided excellent service, but I’ll not shop here again. The latest of this comedy of errors… The dealership forgot to pay off my trade in before the 2 week the deadline they requested… This caused my bank to call several times and send several letters of late/missing payment… I don’t like my credit rating being threatened, Or having to take time out of my day, to handle something that any reputable dealer would have had handled with ease. While it was eventually taken care of it added undue stress and aggravation for several days which I didn’t want or need. Never again!!! More
