I had been there before and loved them so much I decided to have some more things taken care of. To make a long story short I had a major issue getting trying to make an appt. online which left me extremely to have some more things taken care of. To make a long story short I had a major issue getting trying to make an appt. online which left me extremely frustrated. I left a few messages relaying how upset I was. 2 days later I heard from Eddy Cooke, he apologized and explained what caused the "major issue". He then set up the day and time that I initially wanted to come in. I came in, service was great, efficient and friendly. I will be returning. Thank you More

The customer service was immediate, and the attendant provided superb customer service. He informed me how long it would take, and I decided to wait in one of the lounge areas. Overall, the service was done in a timely manner and the waiting time frame was much less than I anticipated. The service attendant followed through with the process, explained what services were done and offered me some options for future maintenance on my vehicle. More

Service is good - fast and friendly - always. Loved the text with the detailed diagnosis of the problem (including a video) and confirming my approval. I appreciated the dealership taking care of the car rental fee so I wouldn't be stuck there all day. I called twice later in the day to check on it and had to leave a message both times... my phone calls were never returned. Never heard back, so my car was there overnight. Not a problem, as I had a rental. Next day I received a text stating it was ready. In conclusion: I am confident my car will receive the best of care at Lost Pines Toyota... the major frustration is phone calls not answered by a live person and having to leave a message, and calls not returned. I'll be back. More
