Today is October 3, 2025—43 days later—and my truck is still down. I use this truck for work. Despite repeated requests, no loaner truck has been offered by the dealership or Stellantis. Impact: Over six weeks without the vehicle I bought to do my job. My service writer Eddy has been outstanding—professional, responsive, and doing everything he can. Dealership management and Stellantis corporate show no urgency and no customer care, leaving me stranded while they “wait on parts.” Case #94191904 with Stellantis has gone nowhere. This experience is beyond ridiculous. I would not recommend Dodge to anyone who relies on their vehicle. Until management and Stellantis step up—provide loaners, communicate clearly, and prioritize customers—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. More

Both service advisors were helpful and took good care of my wife’s Jeep. Day one ended up being 5 hrs long due to several issues. Had to come back on day 2 but was in an out in about 1 hr. Sales person Enrique was great, not to pushy on the purchase. When I purchased the Durango the halo was out and was told they would replace it. 3 weeks later still not fixed and they are giving me the purchase.
