Went for oil change on 6/13/25 after hour they said my car is ready but need to schedule appt for recall on vehicle and for that they will get me rental vehicle and he will keep work order till then, got car is ready but need to schedule appt for recall on vehicle and for that they will get me rental vehicle and he will keep work order till then, got home and my oil was still on same % . Eddy was supposed to schedule rental for 6/17/25 with pick up time 1:30pm . When i called on 6/17/25 to confirm vehicle will be ready since I have to take off of work there was nothing on schedule and I was told someone will call me. I got text msg on 5/20/25 from Eddy that they are still working on scheduling rental for me. No response from anyone when I asked about why no one called me on 17th when he originally supposed to schedule drop off and pick up and what happened to the oil change. It is 7/3/2025 and still no one called me to schedule appointment . No one to answer on oil change but they sure used my FlexCare vehicle protection for the oil change fee. More

The experience was awful. I bought the truck and when I was test driving it the tire was low, they neglected to check the tire for any nails in it. So 2 days later I had to co I bought the truck and when I was test driving it the tire was low, they neglected to check the tire for any nails in it. So 2 days later I had to come back when the tire was low again. I also asked for the decal to be removed, an hour later after they took the truck back I was told the person who removes them isn't in and to come back, they would reach out. They never reached out so I have to go back in when I get off work, to probably wait another 3 hours for my decal. Horrible experience so far after getting the truck More
