Around March 8, 7:30pm, my 2009 Honda Civic was having some transmission issues and gear issues. I decided to get a new car because I have to drive back home (I live almost 90 miles away from Santa Rosa). some transmission issues and gear issues. Jesse Broadway helped me picked the right car for me and we didn't finish until 9:30-10:00pm! He really took care of me and made sure I made it home safely by loaning me a company car from Manly Honda. Edgar Medina (Finance Dept.) helped and trusted me with the company car! I came back the following morning and Jesse again took good care of me, showed me the features of the car, answered all my questions and really made me feel comfortable buying my car. Edgar explained to me all the details of my car loan and offered me a better deal than my bank. I really appreciate Jesse as he really took care of me that night and I had no idea how am I going to get home with a new car at 9:30 at night. Manly Honda, Jesse Broadway needs a promotion and when I buy a new car again, I want Jesse and Edgar to help me with my next new car purchase! Other than being at Manly Honda most of the day, which was longer than we expected.....thankfully you had coffee etc and a few snacks to sustain us.
