I just purchased my second Honda from this dealership. The sales process (Scott L.) was clearly explained, trade-in price for my older Pilot was exactly what I was hoping for. Scott kept me up to date on The sales process (Scott L.) was clearly explained, trade-in price for my older Pilot was exactly what I was hoping for. Scott kept me up to date on the expected delivery of the new CRV, walked us through all the paperwork, oriented us to the vehicle & helped us with the electronics (syncing phones, etc.). He encouraged us to call with any additional questions; he contacted me several days later to see how things were going with the CRV (I am loving it). This was 1st class service all the way.👍🏼❤️ More
