I called Sierra Honda expecting the usual dealership circus, because lately salespeople everywhere have been aggressive and exhausting. But Anthony completely flipped that script. He talked to us like a real human being, not a quota chaser, and he explained every detail clearly, which is honestly unusual for someone so young in this business. I genuinely tried not to end up in a new car, but he kept working with us with this calm, thoughtful, passionate energy that was hard to resist. No pressure, no games, just facts that actually mattered to our lease. Sierra Honda needs more Anthonys on their floor. He made the whole experience feel safe, respectful, and human again. More

Vincent Nguyen was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who took care of my every need and answered my every question. I am disabled and use a walker and he made sure at all times I was very co salesperson who took care of my every need and answered my every question. Sales manager Tom Redd is one of the most kind and personable individuals that I’ve met in a long time and you could tell that his team really enjoy working for/with him. He approved the sale of the car I wanted with minimal back and forth phone calls, understood I had a tight budget, and even sent a car to pick me up at home so I could test drive, sign the contract, and drive off in my new (used) vehicle! This was hands down THE BEST EXPERIENCE that I’ve ever had purchasing a car at a dealership!! Also a special shout out to Edgar in finance who is exceedingly good at his job and who patiently explained every single aspect of the contract to me. Thank you Sierra Honda from the bottom of my heart! ♥️🚙 More
