My family has had a relationship with Lincoln since 1998 when my husband dove a Mercury Mountaineer. I connected in 2016 with my Lincoln MKX. My recent experiences were not good since Envision. When I picked up my car, Edgar said nothing about several recommended services, although the paper said customer refused. 2nd visit I asked Edgar to also check the tailgate which intermittently would not stay up. There were additional recommended repairs which more than doubled my bill. When I asked about the tailgate, he told me I had to bring it back another day. 3rd time's the charm. The "Works" plus a couple fluid changes and brakes was very expensive, (a third more than Midas). A couple of discounts and coupons helped but when I picked up the car, not all the coupons were applied and the paperwork was incomplete, including no documentation of the multi-point inspection. When I drove it, there was grinding and a bouncing and shaking when braking. During an out of town trip, the car would not start. When we tried to "jump" it, we discovered a lot of corrosion on the battery terminals which I think would have been discovered during the inspection. I returned and was told the brakes were fine, but I needed $2800+ of suspension work. I chose to wait on that. Funny thing though, after picking up the car, there was no more grinding or shaking or bouncing when braking. Not sure the relationship will continue with Envision.... More

My stuff was stolen from the car, very expensive stuff. Glasses, $175. , ecoflow power inverter, $500. Then I noticed my stuff was missing I dident mention it to Edgar but I did tell the shop manager about it and he immediately said that he does not want my business and that he reserved the right to refuse service to anyone and that he was not going to do business with me, and to pick up my car within a couple of days. Very fishy behavior if you ask me. I belive he is the one who stole my stuff. More

Seems very busy. Sarah at switchboard is consistently extremely courteous, often going above and beyond to help me reach Edgar. Whenever I do reach Edgar, he is cheerful, friendly, informative and arranged for our transportation home Sept 25 and back Oct 14. At least six times, though, our calls went straight to voicemail, which promised a prompt callback, which consistently did not happen…increasingly frustrating for us. More

I had a great experience with this dealership, I was assigned to Justin for my car he was a great, very friendly and helpful. Everyone at the dealership was very polite and friendly.
