He took his time, listened to what we were looking for, and even found the perfect vehicle with the right color and features—even though it wasn’t available at the dealership where he works! His dedication and patience really made our experience a lot smoother, and I’m so grateful for all his hard work. That said, our experience with the finance department was less ideal. One individual was a bit pushy, trying to persuade us to go with their financing, even though we had our own lined up. That part was frustrating, but Uriel’s professionalism and commitment more than made up for it. Overall, if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you want, I highly recommend Uriel.
