Awful Experience Boiler room environment... They initially sent me a quote that was $13K over the advertised vehicle price. After calling them out on it, I received an Boiler room environment... They initially sent me a quote that was $13K over the advertised vehicle price. After calling them out on it, I received an updated offer from their VP two weeks later. Random associates have been contacting me regarding the same car, complete and utter nonsense. Just yesterday, their computer system was compromised, and I received an email requesting sensitive information. Gabriella Rivera, their concierge manager, is beyond unorganized and does not have the ability to follow-up in a timely manner. I wouldn't provide them with any sensitive information. No deal, regardless of how good it is, is worth having your identity stolen. More

Edison Xin is the best. He is very professional and patient, helped me a lot to make my decision of purchase my car from here. My wife was more into another brand at beginning, but we eventually boug patient, helped me a lot to make my decision of purchase my car from here. My wife was more into another brand at beginning, but we eventually bought the Alfa Romeo Stelvio from here. It is not only because of this is a great car, also because Edison Xin make the purchase process nice and easy from A to Z. He make me feel like he was not selling a car to me, he was helping me to get a car. Thank you Edison. More

The day after I received the car I had a question regarding the gas tank door not opening. I notified the salesman which referred me to the service department. The response was “ pry it open with a s regarding the gas tank door not opening. I notified the salesman which referred me to the service department. The response was “ pry it open with a screwdriver”. Neither new that the car had to be turned on to open the gas tank door. I received a notice that I over paid by $1,000. Six weeks went by and my wife called on my behalf. The response was “ your husband should have noticed the error”. An error that dealership made. He made it sound like they were honest and doing me a favor. So if I didn’t pursue this matter they would have kept the deposit knowing that they were at fault. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE/LEASE ANOTHER MASSRRIATI EVER AGAIN!!! PS to the dealership, no phone calls or emails will be responded to. Service matters will be handled at another dealership. More
