We contacted Marin Acura because we were looking for a specific model and color 2013 RDX. Our contact with Edmond over the phone was so pleasant and professional, and he assured us he could deliver the e specific model and color 2013 RDX. We drove several hundred miles and went to many dealerships, but none could deliver the car we wanted or beat Marin Acura pricing. We called Edmond and when we arrived at the dealership, everything just as promised. We had a very pleasant experience buying our car through Edmond. His knowledge of all the new technology in our car was very helpful and he walked us through every step. We brought our car back to have some accessories added to the car and the service Dept. was great! We are so glad we bought our car through Edmond, the best experience we have ever had with purchasing a car. More

After we agreed on an out the door price by phone it was as simple as going in and signing papers. No hassel, no gimmicks, no pressure to upgrade. We were in and out in under two hours including the test drive time. Edmond was extremely knowledgeable, sincere , and accomodating. Before figuring out that it was a piece of tape, I thought the paint was uneven on the car door after I brought the car home. When I called Edmond about it, he actually offered to come to my home, pick up the car to have it looked at, and to deliver a replacement vehicle for me to drive meanwhile. Now that's service! Mike, the store manager was a true gentleman who made this experience a real pleasure. Jean Pierre helped us a great deal in working out the financial details of purchasing the car. I would definitely recommend Marin Acura to all of my family and friends! More

Of course, they offered some additional options (warranties, etc.), but were not pushy at all when we declined. Working with Edmond Kim in particular was great - he was very knowledgeable about the car and extremely laid-back. Even though there are about five Acura dealerships closer to us, we'd definitely make the drive out to Marin Acura again if we were to purchase another Acura. More

I purchased a used car from Edward but the past owner hadn't turned in the spare key. He promised to acquire it asap and if not, to pay for the replacement. After a month of him trying while I was doubting I would ever see it, he followed through with his promise and paid for a replacement. ($150) I appreciate the attitude, tone, and sincerity after the sale when it was not required and that deserves recognition. I would buy from him again. -Rob More

I traded in my second Acura MDX bought from Marin Acura to get a new one. The people there from top to bottom, including service dept. bend over backward to be helpful. When we got the car, Edmond set up everything for us...computer, lights, locks...a long list of options to get the car just the way you want it. This is a great place to buy a car! More

My husband was looking for a used car, he found an Acura TL that he was interested in. It was located at Marin Acura, Since we live in the valley he called them to get more information on the Acura, they to TL that he was interested in. He liked what he heard so he asked them what they could do to help him qualify for the car. since we lived two hours away from them he did not want to make a trip over there if he would not be able to qualify for the car. They told him to give them a little time to see what they could do, and that they would call him back in hour, and they did. they told him the deal that they could do for him with a low payment and a good intrest rate. So he told them that he wanted the car but that it would take us a couple of hrs to get there, they said no problem. When we got there they had the car ready for my husband to test drive it. After his test drive and him decideng that he wanted the car for sure, they did not waste any time in get the papers signed so that way we could be out of there soon since we had a two hour drive home. My husband and I normally do not enjoy buying cars and dealling with car sellsmen but this time we do not feel that way the staff at Marin Acura was so kind and thoughtful that we will shop there again, and we gladly recomend them to any one who wants to buy a new or used car. The car my husband bought from them is great we both love it. My thanks to them for the kindness they showed we didnot feel like we were just another sell. More

Marin Acura is one of the best buying experiences around for a car. I shopped at several dealers and the experience both before and after the experience was top notch.
