We purchased our Infiniti 2009 G37 there at South Bay. Have had all my service there. Edson has been the service person that i have gone to for years.

Had always kept me informed on the status of my car gave me a loaner when I needed. Just excellent that’s why we keep going back. We had the pleasure to work with Kaz the sales person that went above and beyond to find the vehicle we wanted that he found it up north. Kept us up to date on the status on it’s arrival. When we went to view our QX50 couldn’t be more pleased. Kaz sat with us to show us the features I think he could tell we were a bit overwhelmed on all the features this car has that he gave us his personal phone number so that if we had any questions we could get a hold of him and he could guide us thru.

It is our process to review any work to be done with our client prior to service, and to notify them along the way as repairs or maintenance are completed. Edson is an exceptional Service Advisor who follows protocol, so we are confused how this miscommunication could have happened.
We also provide a complimentary hand wash and vacuum with any service, unless it was raining. If this was the case, please bring your vehicle back for this service.
