Felt like a first time customer. Zero star rating. I have been coming here for service for over 10 years. Up until my recent visit, I always felt I was treated well. The last visit was totally differen I have been coming here for service for over 10 years. Up until my recent visit, I always felt I was treated well. The last visit was totally different. Service took too long. Communication was poor. I had to call next day to find out if car was ready. New owners do not honor long service discount card, and never communicated that fact. I will probably not return for service. I give the dealership a zero star rating. More

Comfortable Purchase This is my 3rd purchase from this dealer and it was The Most Comfortable & Happy One!!! It all started with my most wonderful Service Representative E This is my 3rd purchase from this dealer and it was The Most Comfortable & Happy One!!! It all started with my most wonderful Service Representative Edson that I asked questions of my warranty and with disappointment found out, I did not get what I needed with my Dealer Buy Back trade in, in 2017. I had been thinking about trading in my QX60 one more time and having Edson be there when it came to discuss additional warranties of what I want and needed for my years to come, since he is who I deal with as I care for my vehicle. Edson then referred me to Maria. She called me and I explained my wants and concerns. I just didn't want any run around. I made an appointment with her and when I arrived she greeted me. A few minutes later the sales manager George came and introduced himself. He was straight forward with me and I appreciated that. He made phone calls to Infiniti, since I had a pre-approval letter. He later came in and congratulated me and showed me all my numbers (trade-in value, upside down amount & vehicle amount) and made sure I was comfortable with my payment. I was all smiles. I then went in to finance with Erik and he went over everything with me and didn't mind that I wanted to wait for Edson to make sure the Most Important Thing for me was understood. Edson is always so attentive with his customers. He & the Service Team is who has to deal with every customer after we sign our documents and drive away...and they are also the bearers of bad news when you think you have the warranties you asked for and they were not added or a 3rd party was sold to us and there are hoops to jump through for your vehicle to be fixed. When Edson came in and made sure I had all my warranties for the questions I have asked over the past 4 years, I signed my contract. Erik was the First Finance Representative that was sincere and I truly felt he had my best interest at heart, from a man who has a wife and would want the best for her. I was very comfortable and without my husband being able to be there, that was important. I was so thankful that I had Happy Tears and gave everyone a Hug as I left. I've seen many come and go, but am Grateful for the Amazing Service Team and the Sales Team who finally made sure I had exactly what I wanted to be apart of the Infiniti Family without worries for years to come! More

checking technical service bulletan status. Installed one missing upgrade to the ECM. Service and personnel were great. The problem I have is the waiting room. It seems your trying to save money by reducing the quality/availability of the snacks. This was evident during my last two visits. Plus, this visit, the coffee machine didn’t work until I reported it to the cashier and she got it to work. Also, you don’t have decaffinated coffee. I have had service done at a Lexus dealership, and their lounge/snack availability is superior. I don’t expect that level of accomodation, but some improvement is needed. More
