When he tells you he cares about you he is not joking. The first time he said it I was thinking yea yea sales guy but before, during and after sales this dude follows up more than anyone I've ever bought a car from. Actually I've never had anybody else ever follow up on anything let alone help with any issues that I have had. Ed literally goes above and beyond. Peter Ikotun was also the friendliest and most straightforward finance guy I've ever worked with. He laid out my options and didn't try to over sell me on things I was not interested in. Though thanks to Baltimore roads I did email him later lamenting that maybe I should have taken his tire and wheel protection after all. haha The experience with these guys was such a positive one that it helped me pull the trigger early and I came back and upgraded my wife's Odyssey to the 2018 one, and I was kind of hoping she'd stop playing with my new car but it didn't work. The new Civic is a fun little car. Thanks guys! Kevin More

Great Salesman My 21 year old was buying his first car. He called me at work to tell me that he was out and about to buy this car. Of course being his first time b My 21 year old was buying his first car. He called me at work to tell me that he was out and about to buy this car. Of course being his first time buying a car, I told him NOT to sign anything and to please come home first so that me and his Dad could look things over. I was worried that my son was going to be overwhelmed with the spiel of the stereotypical "car salesman" Well, he did bring things home, we looked over everything and thought it all looked good, and went with him to the dealership the following day. There we met the salesman with whom he was dealing Ed Svidunovich. I immediately got a good sense from him. He was an honest, forthright and upstanding individual. I think we all liked him immediately ( and to be honest I am very suspicious of people's intentions, and I immediately call BS if I think I am being fed a line.) Ed was probably the nicest car sales man I have ever dealt with. Just a real class act. I will definitely go back to Heritage Honda if I have future needs, and would only give Ed Svidunovich our business. I would give the dealership an overall 5 if we didn't have to sit through an hour of upselling from the finance guy after dealing with Ed. Ed himself is a 5 star employee. More

I went to many different car dealerships in the quest for my new car and Eduard was hands down the most informed about his product and gave a thorough demonstration of all the features of the different cars he showed me. After making the decision to buy a Honda, I narrowed down the exact model, trim and color I wanted but they didn't have it currently in stock. Eduard and Tim proceeded to spend the next 2 days scouring and calling different dealerships to try and find the exact car I wanted. These guys put some serious leg work in for me and I appreciate it! More
