However, this motivated sales team also opens the door to getting a better deal then others with limited stock or motivation. I was pleasantly surprised with the great service I received and I actually enjoyed talking to Eddie. He treated me like he wanted to help me with my purchase...it was about me not about him or his sale. That was refreshing and for that reason I would recommend him and the young man who took me on the test drive (so sorry I forgot your name)....heck - even the finance guy was great to work with :). Last note...I was surprised to learn that it was a dog friendly place which was great to hear since I had no other choice that night. They gave her some love & attention and were understanding as she got restless toward the end. Thank you for a better experience than expected :). More

We showed up unannounced this time after our only vehicle was totaled and Tom greeted us right away then asked a co-worker to help us while he finished with his client. Eddie Chavez put me at ease immediately and found us a great car for a payment we can afford. Both of these gentlemen turned a difficult situation for us into a positive experience.
