That’s because I’ve had salesman take advantage of me more than once! Just like most of the population out there. So I go in ready to do battle. Nael didn’t do that, he was straightforward right from the start. And because of his honesty from the beginning I have returned to personally buy a total of 3 automobiles and my son has bought 1. Eddie Chaviz has sold me & my family 2 of the 4. Eddie listens to your needs and is patient, showing you everything, he even lines up the vehicles side by side so you can actually compare them! These guys don’t push the expensive vehicles on you, they show you what your asking for, what you need. The day I bought my new 2020 Tacoma, Eddie pulled out at least 6 vehicles before I chose the Tacoma! Lining them up side by side, showing me the difference between them (Options and ect.). Making sure that I felt good about my decision, no pressure either. That’s rare for a dealership! In my lifetime I’ve bought probably at least 25 vehicles: trucks, suv’s, minivans, luxury cars, sport cars, almost EVERYTHING , so I feel very confident in writing this. Because of these two guys, not the Toyota brand, because I pretty much like all brands, I’m now ‘Team Sun Toyota!’ Oh and by the way I do love my new Taco, just like they said I would.....😊👍 More
