All of the staff that I have worked with throughout the first 1.5 years of visiting have been great. I've been able to utilize the online scheduling for my complimentary vehicle service. I really love that feature. I pull right into the garage, leave my keys with the team, then I am able to work or relax in the lounge as needed. Plenty of seating, tables, water, coffee, and snacks available. All visits have been less than 1 hour in time and it couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you Luther Brookdale Toyota for making things so much better than many of the other local dealerships I have been to. I continue to recommended your business to my friends, family, and clients. They answered all my questions and were patient with a hybrid newb. I love the Prius also. The bad: Coffee was meh but it was free and not high on my list of priorities. The ugly: That second lower window in the hatch is butt ugly, might paint it to match body. All kidding aside, Sub zero day, cars breaking down, people late, and it was still the best dealership experience since 1982 (then bought from a friend who worked at dealership) and I have bought 6 other new cars since then at various dealerships. Hope their service is 1/2 as good as their sales. More
