My First Dealership Car I had previously gone to a different dealership the day before for a vehicle that was almost identical and was turned away due to some credit difficul I had previously gone to a different dealership the day before for a vehicle that was almost identical and was turned away due to some credit difficulties. I went back home to do some more window shopping online and found the same make and model at Luther Brookdale Toyota with 40,000 less miles for the same price. I emailed them with some interest on it but I was super skeptical because I had just gotten denied from another dealership. We made an appointment to have me go in and and just talk about some things. I honestly didn't want to go because why would I waste my time just to be told I can't do it? I got off work and decided that it wouldn't hurt to see what I need to work on to be able to purchase a vehicle. Told them about my previous experience and Edvin told me he would take care of me and answer any questions that I had. We talked for a bit, did some paperwork, did a test drive, got my trade in value for my old car, and all I had to do was just wait and see. About 15 minutes later, Edvin comes back out and the first thing he says is... You can walk out today with this car if you can meet these requirements. There was absolutely no way I was going to meet those requirements but I was able to put in a little bit more. Edvin heads back and 5 minutes later, he walks out to me and it was a done deal. Thirty minutes later, I traded my old car in and drove out of the parking lot with my new car. I was ecstatic! Edvin really took care of me like he said when I walked through the door. I will definitely be letting people know that if they want to do business with someone, to check Luther Brookdale Toyota out! Thank you for betting on me. I wont let you down! P.S. I know I rushed myself into this vehicle and really enjoyed it after the test run but noticed that the car has a lot of scratches. Some small and some deep all over the car. Just out of curiosity, is there anything that can be done without charge? More

He always greeted us with a smile and was easy to talk to. We had a big smile on our face when the business manager couldn’t believe the deal we received from Edvin. Ask for him. They highlighted differences without bad mouthing the other vehicles under consideration. Exactly what we wanted!
