My experience was a wonderful one everyone there was ready to answer any questions I had. My sales person was Martin Jones he is wonderful I was coming in to purchase a 2010 Altima and walked away with ready to answer any questions I had. My sales person was Martin Jones he is wonderful I was coming in to purchase a 2010 Altima and walked away with a 2011. He had many customer arrive @ one time but made sure someone was taking care of things for me at all times. The finance gentlement I worked with was Ed Beleznay he had great customer service skills and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and when it is time to purchase my next vehicle it will diffently be brought there. Thanks guys for your help. More

This experience was nothing short of CONVENIENT. Jeff had the car ready for us to test drive and he knew we'd love it! We took it for a spin, told Jeff we loved it, and within a short time, we were driving h the car ready for us to test drive and he knew we'd love it! We took it for a spin, told Jeff we loved it, and within a short time, we were driving home with our new car. Jeff had arranged the financing already for us, so we spent a short time signing papers with Ed and answering any questions we had and then we were on our way. Jeff went over the details of the car from top to bottom filling us in on all the things our new car can do! We took a tour of the dealership, met the service dept. and discussed the service schedule a bit.This is the second time we have bought a car from Jeff and the Nissan team and we couldn't be happier. My wife and I were impressed with the sales operation overall and, in particular, Martin Jones's friendliness, professionalism, and responsiveness to all our questions as we test drove and eventually bou overall and, in particular, Martin Jones's friendliness, professionalism, and responsiveness to all our questions as we test drove and eventually bought the Honda Odyssey we were interested in. Ed Beleznay's thoroughness in wrapping up the deal on the financial end was greatly appreciated as well. Our first experience at Frederick Nisson was an enjoyable one --we wouldn't hesitate recommending the dealership to anyone interested in a new or used car. Super job by all! More

I walked in this dealership with the intention of "just looking." When I was introduced to Tommy, I was really impressed. He was so personal, easy going and not pushy - like other sales consultants "just looking." When I was introduced to Tommy, I was really impressed. He was so personal, easy going and not pushy - like other sales consultants that I've seen before. I could see his honesty in his demeanor. He made me feel like I had known him all my life. He was compliant with all my requests. He knew a lot about the car and answered all my questions. He took his time with us. It was nice to do business with someone who was so professional, but yet easy to relate to. I also found that other members of the staff were friendly and accomdating. It was a real pleasure to be there. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. I'm still waiting on my $25 gift card Tommy :) More

Jeff was great. I was emailing 3 dealerships all promising everything. One dealership ask me to come back during the President sales and we had to wait 15 minutes to talk to him. Then found out he promising everything. One dealership ask me to come back during the President sales and we had to wait 15 minutes to talk to him. Then found out he didn't even have the Altima that was fully loaded. Jeff not only had the car, he sent me the price and pictures of the car I wanted in the correct color. When we got there we was greeted and Jeff came out within 5 minutes of getting there. Because I was talking to Jeff through email, he had the car wash and ready to go for a demo by time we got there. After we decided that we want the car, Jeff had the car prep for final sales, while we did the paperwork. It took less then 2 hours to do all the paperwork and get the great financing deal. We walk out with a 2011 Nissan Altima, fully loaded in Navy Blue with 1.9% financing and no money down. It was one of the greatest experience I had in purchasing a car. More

JEFF, ED AND MARTY ARE TOTALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARS, FINANCING, AND SERVICE. WE PURCHASE TWO CARS OVER LABOR DAY WEEKEND... JEFF KNEW ALL ABOUT ALL THE CARS WE LOOKED AT AND GAVE IN-DEPTH INSTRUCTION A FINANCING, AND SERVICE. WE PURCHASE TWO CARS OVER LABOR DAY WEEKEND... JEFF KNEW ALL ABOUT ALL THE CARS WE LOOKED AT AND GAVE IN-DEPTH INSTRUCTION ABOUT THE 370Z WE PURCHASED. HE DID THE SAME WITH THE VERSA BUT THE VERSA WAS A PRETTY BASIC MODEL -- NOT TOO MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES. WITH THE 370Z, HE CALLED US AFTER THE PURCHASE BECAUSE HE JUST GOT OUT OF TRAINING AND WANTED TO SHOW US ADDITIONAL FEATURES. ED WAS GREAT BECAUSE HE POINTED OUT WHAT WE DID AND DIDN'T NEED FOR EACH VEHICLE AND FINANCING SCENARIO. MARTY HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT WITH SERVICE AND REPAIRS ON OUR TWO OTHER OLDER DATSUN/NISSANS AND TOOK CARE OF OUR PUNCH LIST ON THE NEW 370Z IN ONE DAY. WE'VE ALREADY RECOMMENDED FREDERICK NISSAN TO THREE OTHER FRIENDS WHO WERE "WOWED" BY THE NEW Z. WE ALSO GOT A GREAT TRADE IN VALUE ON OUR TRADE IN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS! More

My experience with Frederick Nissan was outstanding. Plainly put the professionalism displayed by Jeff Lasko and the Sales team was probably the the best I have seen since purchasing my last brand new v Plainly put the professionalism displayed by Jeff Lasko and the Sales team was probably the the best I have seen since purchasing my last brand new vehicle. Jeff took the time to explain the ins and outs of my new 2010 Nissan Maxima SV. Jeff stayed til 11:15 pm to make sure that I knew how to operate the inner workings of this vehicle. I can't thank Jeff enough for helping make a important decision in making this purchase. i believe if there where more friendlier Salesman in the car industry and not predators the automobile industry would not be so unbalanced. I must also commend Ed Beleznay for his fine handling of the financial aspects. He also stayed until 11:15 pm to finalize and go over all the sticky paperwork that no one really wants to sit through when it comes to purchasing an automobile. Thank you guys for the great customer service and the help. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family members who may be in the market for a vehicle. It is funny I drove 90 miles from York, Pa to Frederick, Md to purchase this vehicle. I think in the end it was well worth it. Keep up the good work to all the employees at Frederick Nissan Thanks! I originally has just planned to get the bluebook value of my car. And when i submitted the info it said a dealer would contact me. So i figured i would go take a look. When i got there they helped me get of my car. And when i submitted the info it said a dealer would contact me. So i figured i would go take a look. When i got there they helped me get the price that i wanted. Also they were very friendly and quick about getting all of the paperwork done. I had finished all of the paperwork in under 2 hours. I was told originally that i would have to come back to get the car monday since it was in belair, however i told them if it was possible to get it today it would be much appreciated since monday wouldnt work for me. So they were able to send someone to pick up the car and bring it back to the dealer. It was by far the best car buying experience i have had, and will most likely be returning to them for future purchases. More

I was looking for a good deal on a trade in for my 2003 Saturn Ion, a reliable car that I hated to lose but I knew it was time to upgrade as my kid was growing. I went in to check out the the models and prices and John was great in walking me around and showing me what there was to offer. I was really impressed with his knowledge and he wasn't pushy or pressuring. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me get an absolutely awesome 2010 Nissan Rogue. John handed me over to Ed in finance and the really uncomfortable part of buying a car went by so quickly because of his great personality and knowledge. A couple of weeks later I made a return trip to have the Rogue detailed and then later to pick up my tags, everyone was just helpful and treated me like a princess. Definitely passing the news around, Frederick Nissan is the best place to shop for a new car, real people and great prices for an outstanding vehicle. Thanks, guys! More
