As the weather got warmer and the flower scent wore off I realized I bought a smoker's car. I found traces of baking soda in between the seats and the back of the seats. The detailers sprinkled a scented baking soda all over the seats to hide the problem. I called the service department and the general manager and complained about the detailers " con job work" after spending money on over the counter products that did not work but was offered little help in return. I recommend staying away from this dealership. They played a cheap trick on me and I'm sure they wont hesitate to scam you too . More

I was contacted by internet sales in a regular non intrusive manner by Amber, then had a nice phone talk with Rob and then met a very efficient and courteous guy Edward who worked super efficiently in our very constrained time frame of 2 hours. We literally had to spend 4 minutes at finance, which was incredible. I had visited more than 2 dealerships before this, and talked to pretty much all in the city, but none was even near to this one in my satisfaction with the whole team. I was feeling sorry for myself that because of a quote I was going to settle for an another dealer whom we literally hated with our experience, but then not only we got everything in best price with full and to the point explanation we also felt excellent doing business with them. Bad customer service and I need a catalytic converter I recently purchased a used expedition at this dealership. Summary (I'm a bit too angry to write a lengthy review) : bad customer service (rude, conde I recently purchased a used expedition at this dealership. Summary (I'm a bit too angry to write a lengthy review) : bad customer service (rude, condescending and unprofessional). Within 8 days of buying the vehicle, th check-engine light popped up. I took the vehicle back to the dealership, as I was "told to bring the vehicle back if ANYTHING goes wrong in 30 days. I was informed "it's a minor thing, don't worry about it and they reset the sensor". Well, 3 days later, the light appeared again. I took the vehicle to a Ford dealership, and I was just informed the catalytic converter is BAD, and that I will need a new one. This professional service advisor from Ford will call me back in a minute to update me on this costly repair -which is most likely not covered under my extended warranty. Thanks a lot Sloane. More
