Overall, outstanding customer service from the entire family at John Paul's. Stephanie R. has wonderful customer service skills. Shes friendly, fast and reliable. Stephanie was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable! Dave C. has great interpersonal skills! He really made the financial experience enjoyable and easy. Ed, bless his heart! VERY FRIENDLY staff!! Made a few errors with my job. Forgot promised oil change. Right turn camera not completed. Needed to go back in and have another rental overnight. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and the service has been very good to excellent. Service dept always took care of any issues and Sol Bunn is excellent at getting the issues correctly inter service has been very good to excellent. Service dept always took care of any issues and Sol Bunn is excellent at getting the issues correctly interpreted to all service personnel involved. Great work and not out to take advantage of being a woman. They een take care of my kids cars. More
