I had a terrible experience on 8/15/26. He repeatedly shouted “refundable” in my face about three times and couldn’t even get a car ready for a test drive after waiting nearly 2 hours. I spoke with Mr. Edward "Eddie" Morcos regarding questions my husband and I had about a vehicle. I felt he was way to pushy and aggressive in his sales style. He wa Edward "Eddie" Morcos regarding questions my husband and I had about a vehicle. I felt he was way to pushy and aggressive in his sales style. He was informed we had been working with a representative but then he tried to take over the case. He scheduled an appointment, though I directly told him multiple times we didn't know of a time we were going to be at the dealership, much less it was not confirmed what day we were planning on coming (I repeated this several times). He did not listen well to me. During our conversation, I referenced my husband multiple times, but as he was busy overstepping his role trying to take the case from another associate he informed other staff that he has spoken to my husbands "mother." While I believe this was accidental in nature if he had taken the time to listen to what I was saying, he would have noticed his error. I would NOT recommend working with him. We have not yet purchased the vehicle so I cannot speak to the other components of how the service was. Based on that interaction only, I rated both Mr. Morcos and the dealership a 1 thus far. I attempted to contact the manager to share my feedback privately, but the name on the voice mail I was transferred to didn't match the name I was given. I'm not sure communication is a strong point at the dealership. More
