I took my car in for maintenance and ended up working with Yosef to purchase my awesome new Camry. Yosef took good care of me and helped answer any questions. He was awesome! Thanks Yosef! Alex from finance helped me a lot and got me a great rate on my loan. Alex 5/5 great guy! Roger from maintenance was rude. my AC in my Cross was not working and he tried to gaslight me insisting my AC worked when it did not. I asked him to have somebody look at it and he told me “it was a waste of time”. Further, he was trying to convince me that the AC compressor on my car wouldn’t make a noise because when it kicks on because of “new technology”. That is an absolute lie. I drove that car for 28000 miles and I know that the compressor makes a noise when it comes on. All cars do including my new Camry. I also notice the RPM slightly goes up when it’s the AC is on which I did not see in this circumstance. I’m not too sure what his thinking and qualifications are to work in a service department. Roger 0/5 stars, not a good guy. Get him some professional help! Overall great sales experience but your maintenance guy was not very good. Get him help. More
