Recall successful, very successful. I got a recall notice for my Ford Fusion. There was a defective bolt that held on the steering wheel that needed to be replaced or the steering wheel I got a recall notice for my Ford Fusion. That sounded important to me so I made an appointment with a very pleasant woman on the phone to come in at 8:00 am to have the bolt fixed. When I arrived at Tasca, a very upbeat service man got started on getting my car fixed with no waiting. The whole process took just over an hour and I was securely driving back to Providence. More
