In terms of the dealership, my only negative comment is that I had an appointment but that didn’t seem to make any difference. There was only one drive up line to service both people with appointments and those without an appointment. This didn’t seem right to me. I’ll add that this dealership is also clean and comfortable, certainly a plus. More
