Amazing Service and People !! I was so happy with the level of service I received from the people at Lexus of Santa Barbara. Michael Lampkin was the primary person helping me and I was so happy with the level of service I received from the people at Lexus of Santa Barbara. Michael Lampkin was the primary person helping me and I have never felt more taken care of. Everyone was extremely accommodating and nice and they went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful.Special thanks to Jeff Kennedy, Steve Garcia and George Yazbek for making this deal possible. SAFETY AND SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE for anyone buying a vehicle, especially a used one. The wonderful folks at DCH believe that too. Dana Ochoa helped us search for a pre-owned Lexus. We found and purch vehicle, especially a used one. The wonderful folks at DCH believe that too. Dana Ochoa helped us search for a pre-owned Lexus. We found and purchased one from a non Lexus dealership, but that made no difference to Dana. She congratulated us and offered to introduce us to the DCH service team to answer any questions and provide service if needed. We took her up on that offer and we are glad we did. Service Consultant Danny Ambriz scheduled an appointment to review the vehicle and make sure it was in good working order. When we arrived Edward Simeon assisted us by going over the service and maintenance records available on our Lexus then turned it over to the service department for inspection. What they found was a safety issue requiring immediate attention. We took the information to the dealer we purchased the vehicle from and they handled it under the 90-day warranty. We appreciated Edward's presentation of the information as no-fault. Meaning, the issue was discovered due to the specialized training of the Lexus mechanics and not the failure of the dealership we purchased it from. Service has always been fast and courteous at this dealership. Although servicing at dealerships is always more expensive, the experience and quality of work are great. I have been a Lexus owner for a few years now and was so pleased when DCH opened a dealership in Santa Barbara. I have had the pleasure of working with Edward Simeon since the opening of this location and I pleased when DCH opened a dealership in Santa Barbara. I have had the pleasure of working with Edward Simeon since the opening of this location and I cannot say enough about his superior level of customer service. Although there may not be a lot of work to be done on my vehicle when it is in for service, Edward has treated me with the utmost respect and has gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I was well taken care of. I can see how hard he works and how well he interacts with other customers. I am pleased to know that I am one of the many happy customers he serves. It is always a delight to see Edward when I bring my vehicle in for service and I am honored to give him my highest recommendation. More

I never wanted to go to a dealership for service until I met the folks here at Santa Barbara Lexus. Not only are they knowledgable and experts about the cars they handle, they are also super cordial and gen met the folks here at Santa Barbara Lexus. Not only are they knowledgable and experts about the cars they handle, they are also super cordial and generous with their time and assistance. I never have had to wait for a second to be greeted and treated with information, understanding and a brand new sparkling loaner. They always call early in the day to let me know how my service is going and I've always been able to pick the car up at a reasonable hour. Recently they gifted me with a new CD player. Mine just couldn't be repaired and they did it because I had been a loyal customer. I never thought I'd be rewarded to going to a place I already appreciated. Edward and Judy made me feel right at home and I know if and when I need a new car (Mine has 130,000 and is going strong) they'll guide me into just the right deal. More

I first met Danny, Edward, Christian and Joe at the Oxard location when we bought our first RX. 2005. These guys are absolutley fantastic. This is actually the third RX we have bought from Joe Green. My husband and I were Christian's first customer when he started with Lexus in 2005. Christian now heads the parts department, and he is absolutely terrific. We love him! Danny and Edward are the Lexus service guys I followed from Oxnard to SB. Driving 1 hour for service (and purchase) may seem crazy but these employees are definitely worth the drive! Very professional and great product knowledge. Before purchasing our RX Hybrid we consulted with Edward first. He explained the pros for this vehicle. The location is easy to get to right off the 101. Beautiful show room. Worth the drive!! More
