Ed was excellent with his customer service! I highly recomme I was very busy at work and got a serious flat tire. Plus he arranged a loaner car so that I could go to work and return when my car was ready. He did everything to make my visit at DCH Lexus Santa Barbara an excellent experience. I sincerely appreciate his attention to all the details to get me back in my car in a very short turnaround time so I could continue working on a high profile event all weekend. WOMEN BEWARE OF SERVICE AT THE SANTA BARBARA LEXUS DEALER WOMEN BEWARE!! of the Santa Barbara Lexus Service department. These guys lie cheat and steal. They told my wife that she needed front end work on her WOMEN BEWARE!! of the Santa Barbara Lexus Service department. These guys lie cheat and steal. They told my wife that she needed front end work on her Lexus. The car only has 41000 miles on it and yet they told her she needed $1000-$1500 front work. Fortunately my wife had me to consult with. I said no way the car needs that work. They are lying! Lets have my friends at the tire store look at your friend end. They had 2 expert professional mechanics look at the front end and I was right. Her front end is fine. WOMEN are known prey for car dealers. Too bad there is one or two dishonest mechanics out there that make the whole dealer look bad. I doubt I will ever return to the Santa Barbara Lexus dealership again. More

We purchased our LX470 at the Oxnard, CA dealership and it was serviced with such caring hands by Phuong Pham that upon Phuong's move to Santa Barbara We purchased our LX470 at the Oxnard, CA dealership and it was serviced with such caring hands by Phuong Pham that upon Phuong's move to Santa Barbara - we did likewise and were rewarded with the absolute best service we have ever received at any dealership. Over the years, we had previously used (Jaguar/Ford Mustang/Mercedes Benz/Cadillac/Acura/ and now Lexus dealership service). Our immediate family have all become permanent Lexus car owners - because of the Lexus service. I should point out that Phuong, and I might also mention Edward Simeon, are the reasons for our remaining loyal Lexus customers. They are so good at their service knowledge and personalized customer care that we are afraid they may be eventually promoted to a management position - outside of Santa Barbara. Both are deserving of special recognition by management. More
