This is a large dealership that sells luxury cars, not some small mom & pop shop. I’m sure car dealers have made a lot of money selling cars the last couple of years since car prices have skyrocketed. So to charge a 3.5% transaction fee to customers for using credit card just seems like they’re trying to nickel and dime their customers. Again, service was good. I just don’t like their new policy.
