I went to an oil change on my 2016 kia sorento they spilled oil all over my engine and over filled my oil in my sorento the last oil change I got the car a tire rotation did not bolt on my back wheel o spilled oil all over my engine and over filled my oil in my sorento the last oil change I got the car a tire rotation did not bolt on my back wheel only one bolt was on tight tire almost came off and they also over filled my oil I called up to speak to someone they take messages never call back its the people woring on the cars that are messing the jobs up More

The service department are very unprofessional. They rip me off and my family and friends, are not coming here again. I will avoid coming to this facility and not deal with their service department. They did not even send me a review email for their service which will tell me thwy not in good faith . Stay away. I am very disappointed.
