They go OUT OF THEIR WAY to treat you like you are special! The people who work at Yonkers KIA really know what they are doing. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT LACK OF MAINTAINING APPTS, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. THIS DEALERSHIP WAS THE BEST OVERALL FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. HOWEVER, NOT SURE IF THERE IS NEW MANAGEMENT OR THE PANDEMIC CAUSED A LOT OF xxxxx TO BE DROPPED;BUT IT SUCKS NOW!!! More

I went for the first time and I end up paying more than needed. All I had to do was get new brakes and new tires. I end up paying for cutting disks that didn’t need too. Service Department The experience I have over the years with this dealer is really great, I love the way the service department handle situations.
