I am currently on maternity leave with a 3 month old baby and Ryan (& Efren) were able to take care of EVERYTHING for me in a very timely manner (as I had my baby with me and I had to get to my son's Halloween party at school). Ryan did EXACTLY what he told me he could do over the phone. There was no haggling or heckling or back and forth. He also got me top dollar for my car.
