The communication when I first expressed interest in purchasing a new car was plentiful and the sales person I worked with was great on the sales front. The negative experience began when I met with the purchasing a new car was plentiful and the sales person I worked with was great on the sales front. The negative experience began when I met with the finance person and they really started to hard sell all of the add-ons, but that's to be expected and once I said no enough times, I was moved through and overall had a positive feeling leaving the dealership. I was told that I would get a call once my registration came in and they would also help with my plates etc. A few weeks go by and I leave a voicemail with the salesperson who assisted me asking about the status of my registration. That message was not returned. I followed up with an e-mail, which also was not replied to. Finally, I decided to call the main line. When I asked, the receptionist said "oh yeah, we have it". I expressed how disappointed I was that no one reached out to tell me and the response was "Ok". I even e-mailed the dealership afterwards through their "contact us" to express my disappointment and no one has yet to reach back out. This all tells me that all they care about is getting the sale, and not about building and maintaining a relationship. When it comes time for my family to be in the market again for a car, we will look elsewhere. More
