The minute I arrived Efren Madrigal was very polite and helped me right away. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the sale. He went over all the features and was very attentive to all my questions. I want to thank him for his outstanding customer service. Third Odyssey from Joyce Honda and counting Just got my third Honda Odyssey from Joyce Honda and couldn't be more pleased. Honda has raised the bar with all of the upgrades. My recent visit to J Just got my third Honda Odyssey from Joyce Honda and couldn't be more pleased. Honda has raised the bar with all of the upgrades. My recent visit to Joyce was by far the best one yet. Efren, my salesman was Great! In the past I would have been in there for hours. Not this time. Efren was always on top of things and the entire process was as smooth as can be. He was very knowledgeable about the new upgrades and changes to my vehicle. He hooked me up with a great service plan for my vehicle as well. When it was time to pick up my new Odyssey, I signed a few papers and was done in less than 45 minutes. I live ten minutes from Sussex Honda but drive 45 minutes for the Great Sales people and Great Prices at Joyce. I'll be back when my lease is up. More

He offered good insight into the benefits of the car I was looking at (Pilot) and then once we began discussing a possible purchase, he and Craig swiftly were very helpful and made the purchasing experience swift. Finally, before leaving with the new car, Efren walked me through many of the features to help make me more familiar with the car before leaving the lot.
