My recent visit to Joyce was by far the best one yet. Efren, my salesman was Great! In the past I would have been in there for hours. Not this time. Efren was always on top of things and the entire process was as smooth as can be. He was very knowledgeable about the new upgrades and changes to my vehicle. He hooked me up with a great service plan for my vehicle as well. When it was time to pick up my new Odyssey, I signed a few papers and was done in less than 45 minutes. I live ten minutes from Sussex Honda but drive 45 minutes for the Great Sales people and Great Prices at Joyce. I'll be back when my lease is up. More

He offered good insight into the benefits of the car I was looking at (Pilot) and then once we began discussing a possible purchase, he and Craig swiftly were very helpful and made the purchasing experience swift. Finally, before leaving with the new car, Efren walked me through many of the features to help make me more familiar with the car before leaving the lot. Efren went above and beyond and was able to make this a quick, stress free transaction getting me out the door with my new car the next day. I would highly recommend both Joyce Honda and Efren. More
