Third visit back of non of the problems with the vehicle are resolved alignment is still off still clunky in the front loss of power and acceleration . Going to be making another appointment . Paul never stuck to his word told me to come in so we can talk . It was his day off . The print out from the alignment was given was altered . Service desk manager said they “couldn’t” print the before alignment only after . Bunch of bs . So the next step is this is going to turn into a civil matter nonetheless . Now I had to rearrange my clients to come in for three appointments because alignment is off and I’m gonna make a fourth appointment because alignment went off again. .
