I am very disappointed with the service at Mercedes. Compared to Toyota, the experience has been frustrating. Scheduling an appointment with Mercedes takes two months, whereas Toyota can provide the sam Compared to Toyota, the experience has been frustrating. Scheduling an appointment with Mercedes takes two months, whereas Toyota can provide the same service in just two days. Toyota offers 36 months of free oil changes, but despite being promised the same when I bought my Mercedes, I have to pay for oil changes and inspections. Additionally, the prices for these services are significantly higher compared to other companies that offer them for free for a couple of years. Given the number of cars Mercedes sells, it’s surprising they haven’t increased their service capacity. Waiting two months for service is unacceptable, and I was not informed that I would need to schedule my appointment so far in advance. Overall, the service at Mercedes falls far short of my expectations, especially when compared to the excellent service at Toyota. I hope this feedback leads to some changes, but as it stands, the service was not what I expected. I will be sharing my experience with my friends. More

I reached out online and inquired about a sprinter van, was very quickly called from the dealership, and Eli followed up with me multiple times. They were very genuine in their conversation, we actually got along great and made a great friendship, which was amazing actually. This is the second time I’ve bought from this dealership, and so far they are literally batting 1000. You won’t get a better price anywhere else, you may as well come here for a good experience. We just purchased a Sprinter Van from Brian Merrell and we are truly grateful for his customer service. I shopped around and spoke to many dealers before deciding to go with Mercedes of Salem. The pricing was fair and below what most dealers quoted. Dealing with Brian was like working with an old friend. His non pressured approach and integrity was refreshing and I came away feeling that I had a new friend. When it came time to pickup the van Brian and his partner Eli took time to explain all the features and functions of the van. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend these guys. A few days before picking up the van, I happened to mention to Brian that I was looking particular piece of flooring for the van. A few days later after the sale, Brian contacted me and sent me a link on Craig’s list with the van floor I was looking for. That pretty much sums up the kind of person Brian is.
